Leclaireur only accepts returns for small objects, lighting products, and furniture currently in stock. Items ineligible for return include special orders, opened items, items missing any of the original packaging, and custom-made items.
All returns require approval by Leclaireur in advance of return shipment. Returns are accepted within 7 days of receipt of your order. Items submitted for return must be in their original, unused condition, including original, unopened packaging. Please verify items are sufficiently packed and insured for their full amount. For orders that are not received in good condition, a restocking fee may be applied. Shipping costs are not refundable. Any return shipment costs incurred are the responsibility of the customer. Exchanged items will incur an additional shipping cost. Items returned outside of the 7 days from receipt of order at your shipping address will not be accepted.
